CALL FOR APPLICATIONS - 24AB02 - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR TRAVEL AND EXPENSES SOLUTION DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION

The University of Luxembourg is looking for a system integrator expert in digitalization of "travel and reimbursement" processes and for the implementation of a "SAP Concur Travel and Expense" digital solution. The objective of the Call for Tender is: (i) to collect all necessary functional and technical specifications for the implementation of the SAP Concur Travel & Expenses solution for the University; (ii) to implement "SAP Concur Travel and Expense" digital solution. The Framework Agreement that will be concluded with the selected economic operator, has a duration of two (2) years starting from the date it enters into force at the conclusion of the initial market, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year on notice from the University for a maximum of four (4) years.
