MARCHÉ DE FOURNITURE D'ENERGIE, D'EXPLOITATION ET DE MAINTENANCE DES INSTALLATIONS DE CHAUFFAGE, D'EAU CHAUDE SANITAIRE, DE CLIMATISATION ET DE TRAITEMENT D'AIR

Ville de Chassieu has awarded a Global Performance energy management contract to ENGIE ENERGIE SERVICES for €5,367,121.52. The contract covers energy supply, operation and maintenance of heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning and air treatment systems across multiple lots, including energy supply, system management and monitoring, regulatory compliance, component replacement, and performance-based incentives for energy savings with guaranteed temperature comfort levels.
