The Constitutional Court of Bulgaria commissioned engineering services for the renovation and reconstruction of its building in central Sofia, including architectural restoration of the facade, technical design development, installation upgrades for electrical, heating, ventilation, and climate systems, and construction supervision. PARSEK GRUP EOOD was awarded the contract on 29 June 2026 for EUR 6,069,034.63 to execute the complete technical project phase, perform construction and installation work, and provide site supervision during construction.
