Die Kreisverwaltung benötigt ein Business Process Manage-ment/Dokumentmanagementsystem (BPM/DMS). Zur Umsetzung des Online-Zugangsgesetzes und weiterer gesetzlicher Regelungen sowie der allgemeinen gesellschaftlichen Erwartung an die Digitalisierung der Verwaltung ist die Einführung eines Business Process Management/Dokumentmanagementsystems (BPM/DMS) erforderlich. Das BPM/DMS bildet die zentrale IT-infrastrukturelle Komponente, mit der eine flächendeckende Digitalisierung der Kreisverwaltung erst möglich wird.
