Overview
Käesoleva hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping videotsüstoskoopide (edaspidi ainsuses seade või mitmuses seadmed) ostmiseks uroloogiliste uuringute ja protseduuride läbiviimiseks.
Hankija sõlmib raamlepingu tähtajaga 4 (neli) aastat raamlepingu sõlmimisest arvates või kuni raamlepingu maksimaalse koguse täitumiseni sõltuvalt sellest, kumb asjaolus saabub varem.
Raamlepingu alusel ostetavate seadmete maksimaalne kogus on 10 (kümme seadet). Hankija ostab raamlepingu sõlmimise järgselt 4 (neli) seadet ning jätab endale õiguse, kuid ei võta kohustust, osta raamlepingu kehtivuse perioodil veel 6 (kuus) seadet. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
