1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na udzieleniu długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w kwocie 15 000 000,00 zł. (słownie: piętnaście milionów zł) z przeznaczeniem na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów oraz pokrycie deficytu.
2. Spłata kredytu w latach 2026-2045.
3. Kredyt będzie pobrany w transzach od dnia podpisania umowy, do dnia 20.12.2025 r. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo uruchomienia kredytu w transzach, w ciągu 3 dni roboczych od złożenia dyspozycji uruchomienia kredytu.
4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zaciągnięcia kredytu w kwocie niższej od wskazanej w ust. 1 tj. 15 000 000,00 zł bez dodatkowych opłat i prowizji.
