The city of Magdeburg is procuring planning services (HOAI phases 1–8) for the renovation and expansion of its administrative site at An der Steinkuhle 6, involving partial refurbishment of the existing building, demolition of the canteen building, and construction of a new extension to accommodate additional office space, meeting rooms, and a public-facing front office. The project includes barrier-free design, extensive roof greening, and photovoltaic installation. Arc architekturconzept GmbH was awarded the contract on 27 April 2026 for a value of €1,899,297.83.
