Beauftragt werden soll die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. § 34 HOAI 2021
Die Grundschule Fuhsestraße in Hannover soll als 4-zügige Grundschule am bestehenden Standort in mehreren Bauabschnitten neu gebaut werden.
Die BGF des geplanten Neubaus beträgt rd. 8.900 m2.
Die bereits vorliegende Neubauplanung, welche grundsätzlich als Vorgabe zu betrachten ist, soll übernommen und in den noch ausstehenden Leistungsphasen fortgeführt und abgeschlossen werden.
