De gemeente Leiden heeft regelmatig te maken met situaties waarin eigen voertuigen tijdelijk niet beschikbaar zijn, bijvoorbeeld door onderhoud, schade of andere onverwachte omstandigheden. Om de bedrijfsvoering ongestoord voort te zetten en de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te garanderen, is een raamovereenkomst voor de inhuur van vervangende voertuigen noodzakelijk. Tussen € 75.000,- en € 100.000,- per jaar.
