Overview
Riigihanke esemeks on Eesti Vabariigi – Vene Föderatsiooni ajutisel kontrolljoonel asuva piiririba hooldusteenuse tellimine riigihanke alusdokumentides sätestatud korras.
Vastavalt riigihangete seaduse § 111 lg 6 p 1 on pakkumus võimalik esitada üksnes pärast raamlepingu täitmise kohaga tutvumist. Huvitatud isikutel on võimalik enne pakkumuse esitamist tutvuda raamlepingu täitmise kohaga.
