Overview
The European Commission, DG TAXUD procured the establishment and management of the Common Central Platform (CCP) for CBAM certificate sales and repurchases through a joint procurement procedure with member states. European Dynamics SA was awarded the framework contract on 26 June 2026 to develop and operate the platform, which must deliver a pre-operational version with core functionalities within three months of contract signature and commence full operations by 1 February 2027.
