Overview
el Acuerdo Marco tiene por objeto determinar las condiciones de la Atención Residencial para menores con edades comprendidas entre los 13 y los 17 años (hasta el día del cumplimiento de los 18 años), atendidos con cargo a la Dirección General de Infancia, Familia y Fomento de la Natalidad y definidas en este Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, en el que se especifican las necesidades administrativas a satisfacer y los factores de todo orden a tener en cuenta, así como establecer el procedimiento para su prestación mediante contratos basados en este Acuerdo Marco.
