Jedná se o zavedení DNS. Předmětem veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS budou opravy ZTI v bytových a nebytových jednotkách v domech spravovaných Zadavatelem. Rozsah předmětu bude vždy specifikován v konkrétní výzvě pro podání nabídek, zejména půjde o tyto práce: montáže rozvodů vody a kanalizace a instalace zařizovacích předmětů, elektroinstalace, topenářské a plynařské práce a vzduchotechniku.
