Overview
Liefergegenstand des Vorhabens ist neben der Lieferung der Zeitwirtschaftssoftware selber die Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme des Systems, welches „On-Premises“ betrieben werden wird. Hinzu kommt die regelmäßige Durchführung von Wartungen sowie Updates und Support.
Zum Vertrag gehören
• die nötige Hardwarelieferung und -installation (Terminals),
• die Lieferung und Überlassung der benötigten Zeitwirtschaftssoftware,
• Erstellung und Überlassung von Individualsoftware (dateibasierter Datenaustausch zu den SAP-basierten Personalverwaltungssystemen),
• die Migration von Bestandsdaten,
• die Schulungen der verschiedenen Rollen sowie
• der Systemservice nach Abnahme für eine Laufzeit von 5 Jahren.
