Software Support Maintenance and Development Services - Modification Notice - Original RFT 144348 - OJEU 2018-OJS248-573448 Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent Contracting Authority could not foresee (Art.43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art.72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art.89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU). Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances. It is anticipated that a new tender process will take place in 2025 which will take 18 months to run, and on that basis the continuation of the current contract is essential to the Contracting Authority's operations.
