Předmětem VZ je služba spočívající v řešení projektu obranného výzkumu, jehož výsledkem bude souhrnná výzkumná zpráva, která poskytne informace o možném způsobu realizace/vývoje systému, který dokáže zjistit přesnou geografickou polohu zbraňových systémů AČR a dodat jim informaci o přesném čase bez použití informací z GNSS (Globálních Navigačních Satelitních Systémů).
