B1-route: leerroute gericht op het behalen van taalniveau B1 of A2 en vergroten van het perspectief op de arbeidsmarkt, door zo snel mogelijk en duurzaam naar vermogen te participeren, bij voorkeur door (betaald) werk en/of vervolgonderwijs.
Z-route: zelfredzaamheidsroute (Z-route): voor mensen waarbij het de verwachting is dat de onderwijs- of B1-route niet binnen drie jaar haalbaar is komt er een leerroute waarbij iedereen leert zich in de maatschappij te redden.
