Partenord Habitat awarded a framework agreement to VETHECO on 6 July 2026 for audit services of plumbing, heating, and ventilation system maintenance performed by existing contractors, as well as advisory, expert, and technical follow-up missions for ventilation and individual heating and hot water production systems across the housing portfolio managed by Partenord Le Groupe. The agreement is structured in three geographical lots with a maximum annual value and runs until 31 December 2026, with the option for three successive one-year renewals through 31 December 2029.
