Overview
Im Auftrag der Medizinischen Fakultät soll eine automatisierte Plattform für die Analyse von Proteinen in Körperflüssigkeiten (CSF, Serum, Plasma) basierend auf Antikörperbindung und Signalamplifikation durch nachgeschaltete PCR beschafft werden. Dabei soll das Gerät singleplex Analysen bis zum Ergebnis und multiplex Analysen bis zur Sequenzierung bereiten Bibliothek durchführen können. Ein Hauptkriterium für die Auswahl des Gerätes ist die Verfügbarkeit von Assays zur singleplex Analyse von Biomarkern neurologischer Erkrankungen (NfL, GFAP). Daneben ist die Sensitivität bei sehr guter Reproduzierbarkeit aus kleinen Probenvolumina entscheidend.
