Hankinnan sisältö oli alustava ja tilaaja tarkensi tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojaan kilpailutusprosessiin valitun tarjoajaehdokkaan kanssa käytyjen neuvottelujen pohjalta. Hankintaa koskevat asiakirjat ja niiden sisältö täydentyivät hankintamenettelyn aikana ja lopullinen hankinnan kohde ja vaatimukset esitettiin lopullisessa tarjouspyynnössä.
DRUPS-laitteiden peruskorjaus oli tarkoitus hankkia yhdeltä (1) tämän hankintamenettelyn perusteella valittavalta toimittajalta.
