Meurthe et Moselle Habitat has awarded a contract to PRECONCEPT D'ARCHITECTURE for recruiting a project management team to oversee the construction of 25 collective rental dwellings on Boulevard Barthou in Vandoeuvre les Nancy. The team must include a mandated architect, structural engineering firm, fluid/thermal engineering firm, and project control officer, with a base mission covering design phases from sketch through partial execution and completion, plus an optional project management phase over 29 months plus 12 months of post-occupancy management, subject to RE2025 energy performance standards and NF HABITAT HQE certification.
