Supply and installation of a gas chromatography system coupled to a mass spectrometer (GC-MS/MS) with flame ionization detector (FID) and multimode injector for liquid, gas, and fiber (SPME) injections for the National Food Center of the Spanish Food Safety and Nutrition Agency. The equipment was awarded to Agilent Technologies Spain SL on 12 June 2026 for €214,925.17. The system will support the laboratory's role as National Reference Laboratory for materials in contact with food, enabling analysis of monomers, additives, and unintentionally added substances across diverse matrix types including plastics, silicones, rubbers, coatings, and adhesives.
