The scope involves coordinating the complex startup and documentation of a multi-building extension with approximately 7,033 m² of usable area, including office, laboratory, and specialized high-hygiene laboratory spaces, with total construction costs around 112 million EUR net. The commissioning manager is responsible for coordinating all project stakeholders, ensuring sustainable and energy-efficient operation, and maintaining complete startup documentation while the institute continues operating during construction.
