Overview
Die Stadt Hagen hat ein Integriertes Stadtentwicklungskonzept (InSEK) für den Stadtteil Hohenlimburg zur Umgestaltung der Innenstadt mit der Zielsetzung und dem Titel "Hohenlimburg an die Lenne" erarbeitet. Zur Entwicklung konkreter Konzepte zur Umgestaltung der Innenstadt wurde ein freiraumplanerischer Wettbewerb ausgelobt. Im Anschluss an den Wettbewerb fand ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 8 VgV mit den Gewinnern des Wettbewerbs statt.
