Overview
Die Bedarfsstelle Eidgenössische Steuerverwaltung ESTV benötigt eine bestehende und etablierte Standard-Formularsoftware, welche die Imple mentierung von Online-Formularen in ein Portal ermöglicht. Gesucht wird eine Leistungserbringerin, welche fähig ist, die angebotene Standardsoftware auf der technischen Umgebung des Bundes für die ESTV bereitzustellen und Betrieb, Pflege, Support sowie kundenspezifische Anpassungen über den ganzen Lifecycle zu übernehmen. Zusätzlich werden Unterstützungsleistungen für das initiale Setup, für spezifische Konfigurationen, Schulungen sowie Informatikdienstleistungen während der gesamten Vertragsdauer benötigt. Eine Neuentwicklung von Individualsoftware ist nicht Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung.
