Prestations de maîtrise d'oeuvre bâtiment, de maîtrise d'oeuvre bâtiment spécialisée monuments historiques et d'études techniques pluridisciplinaires

The Isère Department has awarded a framework agreement for building project management, specialized heritage monument project management, and multidisciplinary technical studies services valued at €8,400,000. The agreement, executed through subsequent orders and purchase orders, encompasses thirteen contractors providing basic project management missions, commissioning and coordination services, and specialized engineering services for feasibility studies, expertise, and diagnostics across various building types including colleges, gymnasiums, administrative and cultural buildings, and road maintenance centers, whether heritage-classified or not, to support the Department's multi-year maintenance and improvement plans.
