Předmětem veřejné zakázky na stavební práce je realizace objektu depozitáře včetně úpravy přilehlých zpevněných ploch a napojení nových areálových sítí. Objekt depozitáře se rozkládá na obdélníkovém půdoryse cca 70x48 m, max. výšky 14m, má tři nadzemní podlaží a je zastřešen plochou střechou s extenzivní zelení. Ke kompaktní hmotě objektu je v jihovýchodním a severozápadním rohu objektu přisazena hmota ocelového venkovního únikového schodiště.
