Overview
Vervangen van de bestaande 3kV statische frequentieomvormers door nieuwe omvormers van ABB op +/- 290 locaties.
Voor de levering van de nieuwe omvormers door ABB wordt door de Opdrachtnemers afgeroepen op een bestaande raamovereenkomst.
De aanbesteding vindt plaats als een niet-openbare procedure op grond van het ARN2016 Deel II alsmede de Europese als oproep tot mededinging gepubliceerde Erkenningsregeling ProRail (EP2019), branchedeel Spooraannemers - energievoorziening RIV. zie aanbestedingsdossier
