Overview
Ziel der Ausschreibung ist das Erscheinungsbild der Hochschulgelände soll jederzeit gepflegt erscheinen und allen Nutzern und Besuchern stets eine einladende Atmosphäre bieten. Ausgeschrieben bzw. angeboten wird daher die Jahrespflege (gärtnerische Arbeiten und Reinigungsdienstleistungen) der auf dem Grundstück befindlichen Außenanlagen und Dachflächen. Diese sind in Form von wiederkehrenden Dienstleistungen zu pflegen. Die Vergabe erfolgt für das Hauptgebäude in Bielefeld (Los 1) und für den Campus Minden (Los 2) für den Zeitraum ab Zuschlagserteilung bis 31.12.2028.
