Overview
Tampereen kaupunki on hankkinut Messukylän koulun pihassa sijaitsevan siirtokelpoisen vuokrakohteen kiinteistöjohtajan päätöksellä TRE:1168/02.07.03/2019 perusopetuksen ja esiopetuksen väistötilaksi Messukylän koulurakennusten perusparannusten ajaksi. Vuokrasopimuksen mukainen vähimmäisvuokra-aika on 30.7.2019 - 29.3.2024. Sopimuksessa on 12-24 kuukauden jatko-optio, Sopimusta on jatkettu optiovuokra-ajalla 30.3.2024 - 9.6.2024 sekä 10.6.2024 - 31.5.2025. Palveluverkolla on tarve jatkaa sopimusta lukuvuoden 2026 päättymiseen asti.
Suorahankinnan kohteena on sopimuksen jatko 13.6.2026 alkaen. Varsinainen vuokra-aika on 36 kk. Sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa 0-24 kuukauden mittaisella optiolla.
