Provision of Business and IT Services (Specification, Development, Maintenance, and Support)

The European Commission requires the provision of comprehensive Corporate IT services to support the business and technological aspects of various systems supporting the programmes managed by EACEA. This encompasses a range of services including specification, development, maintenance, and support for the following systems: Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe (EPALE), European School Education Platform (ESEP, eTwinning), European Digital Education Hub (EDEH), European Student Card Initiative (ESCI) and Erasmus Networks Platform (ENP). To facilitate these services, they will be encompassed within a structured Framework Contract (FWC). Additionally, this contract will also extend to encompass data management services and any prospective initiatives that may arise.
