Overview
Auftragsgegenstand ist ein Prüfstand zur Analyse von Schrauben und Verbindungs-elementen bis M48. Der Prüfstand wird im Projekt RISK.twin für den Aufbau, die Durchführung und die Auswertung reproduzierbarer Schraubenverbindungsprüfungen benötigt. Die UniBw M beabsichtigt, das Trag- und Betriebsverhalten sicherheitsrelevanter Schraubenverbindungen unter statischer und zyklischer Beanspruchung sowie unter überlagerter Schwingungsanregung (Vibration) zu untersuchen, zu quantifizieren und daraus belastbare Eingangsgrößen für digitale Modelle ("Digital Twin") und Risikobewertungen abzuleiten.
