Instytut Badań i Rozwoju Motoryzacji BOSMAL is procuring a complete new UN GTR 24 dynamometer system to conduct brake testing and emissions measurements on light-duty vehicles in compliance with EURO 7 requirements, including brake wear, particulate emissions, and particle count testing. The system must include a drive unit capable of delivering minimum 1900 Nm braking torque and 2000 rpm rotational speed, support testing of hydraulic disc/drum brakes and electromechanical brakes (EMB), incorporate climate control systems for brake cooling, and feature comprehensive measurement and communication systems for both standardized testing and development work. Delivery, installation, integration, calibration certification, and on-site training are included in the scope, with a budget of approximately 6.14 million PLN and submission deadline of 5 August 2026.
