Engineering services for concrete and stone restoration of the heritage-protected biology laboratory building at the University of Konstanz, a ten-storey structure built in 1975 with a gross floor area of 10,287 m². The scope includes damage assessment, analysis, repair planning, tender preparation, supervision and oversight of facade concrete restoration works during ongoing building operations, with total construction costs of €25 million gross and concrete restoration costs of €4.5 million gross, scheduled from March 2029 to November 2030. The contract was awarded on 6 July 2026 to Schneck Schaal Braun Ingenieurgesellschaft Bauen mbH for €250,920.
