Stadt Bochum: Projektsteuerungsleistungen Schulprojekt Berliner Str. - Angebotswettbewerb

The City of Bochum has awarded project management services to Kempen Krause Ingenieure for the Berliner Straße school project (Gesamtschule Mitte), part of a comprehensive school construction and modernization program covering 27 educational facilities across the city. The contractor will provide project control services across all five project phases (preparation, planning, execution preparation, execution, and closure) covering organization, quality, costs, schedules, and contracts according to AHO standards, and will create functional performance specifications for the school construction measure, with work commencing immediately after contract award and project completion targeted for Q3 2032.
