De dienstverlening betreft het aan de Belastingdienst, Toeslagen en Douane ter beschikking stellen van ICT-Professionals op inhuurbasis, waarbij medewerkers werkzaamheden of prestaties verrichten ten behoeve van bovengenoemd ministerie/dienst zonder dat er een arbeidsovereenkomst door welke oorzaak dan ook tussen de medewerker en Opdrachtgever tot stand komt.
