Die armasuisse Immobilien beabsichtigt mittels Rahmenvertrag einen Generalplaner für Bauprojekte Region Mitte im Armeelogistikcenter Thun (Instandsetzungs- und Mieterbedürfnisse) zu beauftragen. Der Beauftragte erbringt Planerleistungen gem. SIA MB 112, resp. SIA LHO 102, 103, 108 etc.
Je nach Projektumfang umfasst der Auftrag:

Teilphase 33 Bewilligungsverfahren
Teilphase 41 Ausschreibung

Teilphase 52 Realisierung
Teilphase 53 Abschluss / Dokumentation
