The Municipality of Kyustendil procured engineering services for the construction of the High-Technology Industrial Park Kyustendil, financed under the Regional Development Programme 2021–2027. The scope encompasses design (technical project phase), construction and installation works for complete technical infrastructure including roads, water supply, sewerage, electricity and communications systems, author's supervision during construction, and coordination for commissioning of the facility. The contract was awarded on 29 June 2026 for an estimated value of 9,411,598.07 EUR.
