Sanierung Kanalisationsleitungen (sewage line renovation) for the expansion and renovation of the Wyden residential home in Balgach. The project, awarded to DE_KANALTEC AG on 2 June 2026 for CHF 151,186.50, involves complete replacement of the connecting building and residential building while retaining the existing workshop structures to the north. The new construction will include basement technical and storage areas, ground-floor administrative and therapy spaces with a flexible dining hall, a connecting reception building, and two upper floors with four residential groups totalling 20 rooms equipped with sanitary facilities, heated via wood chip heating and equipped with photovoltaic panels.
