Udbud af rammeaftale om advokatbistand til indgåelse af kontrakter, kontraktfortolkning mv. under udviklingsbistanden

The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs awarded a framework agreement on 28 April 2026 to Bech-Bruun Advokatpartnerselskab for legal services related to contract formation, interpretation, and other matters under development assistance, valued at 16 million DKK. The supplier will primarily assist with preparation and execution of EU procurement procedures and provide legal services within procurement and tendering, with services divided into standard tenders, other tenders, and ad hoc assistance, to be delivered in English and French. The framework agreement is exclusive for standard tenders and is not divided into sub-contracts.
