Neubau Gymnasium Cadolzburg - Leistungen der Bauphysik nach HOAI 2021, Anlage 1.2 – Leistungsphasen 1-7

Landkreis Fürth has commissioned Iproplan Planungsgesellschaft mbH to provide building physics services (HOAI 2021, Annex 1.2, performance phases 1–7) for the new gymnasium in Cadolzburg, a 3.5-stream secondary school with expansion capacity to 5 streams, designed for approximately 880 students on a 32,000 m² site. The project includes a four-court sports hall, outdoor facilities, and parking, with an emphasis on developing a comprehensive, sustainable energy concept that prioritizes summer thermal protection and minimizes long-term operating costs. The contract was awarded on 14 April 2026.
