The Higher Construction School "Luben Karavelov" procured the supply of active electrical energy and balancing group coordination services for a 24-month period with an estimated value of 1,080,000 EUR and an anticipated annual consumption of approximately 1,441.468 MWh. The contract was awarded on 12 May 2026, with the supplier responsible for delivering net active electrical energy at a fixed price and managing all balancing group functions, including balancing responsibilities and inclusion in the energy balancing market, in compliance with Bulgarian energy regulations.
