Overview
Het doel van het Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma (HWBP) is om ervoor te zorgen dat alle primaire keringen in Nederland in 2050 voldoen aan de waterveiligheidsnorm, zoals vastgelegd in de Waterwet. Het HWBP is een bestuurlijke alliantie van de 21 waterschappen en het Rijk, waarbij de programmadirectie HWBP als coördinerend en ondersteunend programmabureau fungeert.
De opdrachtnemer dient een analyse uit te voeren van het kostenniveau van gerealiseerde versterking van primaire keringen: dijken en kunstwerken.
