The City of Rezé procured food supplies through a framework agreement with call-off orders and subsequent contracts, with minimum and maximum amounts across multiple lots, each awarded separately. The contract was awarded on 19 December 2025 to eleven suppliers including Alpagel Développement, Catel Roc, Espri Restauration, Fruidis, Ker Leg', Nantes Terre Atlantique, Pomona, Provincesbio, Société Industrielle Raison Frères, Société de Distribution Avicole SAS, and TerreAzur44, with a total awarded value of €6.6 million. Most lots are single-supplier framework agreements, while fresh organic and fresh fruit and vegetable lots are multi-supplier agreements with a maximum of two contractors each.
