Le présent marché concerne une mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour permettre l'amélioration de l'impact environnemental des projets routiers, et en particulier sur le domaine des gaz à effets de serre (GES) dans le cadre du projet de mise à 2x3 voies de la RN165.
