Ensimmäinen vakuutuskausi: 1.6.2026 – 31.12.2026 (työtapaturma- ja ammattitautivakuutus 1.10.2026). Tämän jälkeen vakuutuskausi on kalenterivuosi. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus vakuutuskausien aikana kilpailuttaa vakuutukset uudelleen ja siirtää vakuutukset kilpailutuksen voittajalle. Vakuutukset ovat voimassa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana vuoden kerrallaan.
