Sète agglopôle Méditerranée and the Syndicat d'Adduction d'Eau Potable jointly awarded a framework agreement with purchase orders to CITEC ASSAINISSEMENT for diagnostic, detection, geolocation of buried networks, asbestos surveys, and pre-acceptance testing of drinking water networks, including leak testing and visual or television inspections. The work is managed by an accredited external control body independent of the contractor and aims to verify construction quality and support decision-making on work acceptance. Services are priced on a unit rate basis and performed in compliance with the quality charter for wastewater and drinking water networks in Languedoc-Roussillon.
