Elektro-, Starkstrom-, Fernmelde- und Informationstechnische Anlagen

The Land Berlin, represented by the Bezirksamt Treptow-Köpenick, awarded a contract to Wahl Elektrotechnik GmbH on 29 May 2026 for the installation of electrical power systems, telecommunications, and information technology systems in a new building and existing structures. The scope includes high-voltage installations, safety lighting, distribution systems, general lighting with presence-based controls, internal lightning protection, door intercoms, time synchronization systems, voice alarm systems, emergency call systems, fire alarm systems, intrusion detection, smoke and heat extraction systems, and network infrastructure, with execution divided into two phases from June 2026 to December 2029.
