Realisierungswettbewerb Neubau HR-Academy der AOK Rheinland/Hamburg in Grevenbroich

AOK Rheinland/Hamburg held a design competition for a new HR-Academy building (approximately 7,900 m² of usable floor space) to replace the existing 1982 structure at their Grevenbroich location. The winning teams, Kortemeier Brokmann GmbH and Nickl & Partner Architekten AG, were selected on 11 May 2026 to serve as master planners for the detailed design of the new facility, which will include training rooms, a hotel, restaurant/sports bar, administrative spaces, fitness facilities, and landscape design across a 3.6-hectare site. The project aims for DGNB Gold certification and is planned to proceed in construction phases pending regulatory approval from North Rhine-Westphalia's Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs.
