Overview
Zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der rechtlichen Vorschriften und Verordnungen sowie zur Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Beschaffenheit, Wirksamkeit und Betriebssicherheit der technischen Anlagen des ITDZ Berlin sind Inspektionen und ggf. Kleinreparaturen durchzuführen, um den sicheren Betrieb dieser Anlagen zu gewährleisten.
Des Weiteren sind Leistungen bzw. Unterstützung bei den infrastrukturellen Leistungen vom Auftragnehmenden zu erbringen. Dem Auftragnehmenden werden nach Vertragsschluss die Facility-Management-Leistungen der Bürogebäude des ITDZ Berlin gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung und Vertrag übertragen.
